We offer a 30 days money back guarantee should you be unhappy with the Service or product. To request a refund please contact the respective support at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org
For all workshops of JE Mills,Inc on emilyamills.com and sketchnoteacaemy.com (an extension of JE Mills, Inc.) (these programs will use the term “workshops,” “accelerators,” “programs,” or “trainings.”):
For the workshops, there will be no refunds issued for workshops, unless the customer completes each assignment as agreed upon when they sign up for the workshop. If the customer completes the agreed-upon assignments in the workshop, and is unhappy with the Service or product, they may contact support at email@example.com to receive a refund.
For all workshops of JE Mills,Inc on emilyamills.com and sketchnoteacaemy.com (an extension of JE Mills, Inc.) (these programs will specifically include the words “membership” and “subscription.”)
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account page, but due to the nature of the Service or product no refunds will be made for any membership fees already paid, excluding the 30 days money back guarantee as stated above. Once you cancel you will no longer have access to the Service or product, including all content and community resources, once your current membership period is completed. The 30 days refund period only applies to your first subscription and cannot be used more than once. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that you cancel your account in good time should you no longer require the Service and do not wish to be billed further.
